What The Shade of Your Urine Means


If you’re like me when you pee, you pee. As long as the pee is anything close to yellow and is void of any red – you and I flush and keep it moving.

We may want to start scrutinizing the shades of our pee because the different shades could indicate whether we need to drink more water as well as indicate health issues.
