      1. This is a great idea! My friend always tells me to record my young daughter laughing. As you said, smartphones are great tools to help us build memories via images and audio 🙂

      2. Yes you should capture anything that catches your eye, your heart, your ear, your nose, your taste. The five senses are perfect at tapping us on the shoulder and hinting – “capture this moment- reserve this second -in time.
